Daniel M. Beyerbach, MD, PhD
Dr. Daniel Beyerbach is the newest member of Florida Electrophysiology Associates. Dr. Beyerbach has extensive previous training; all preparing him for an ideal career as an electrophysiologist.  Dr. Beyerbach graduated college from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an electrical engineer and subsequently received a masters and a PhD in signal processing and electrical systems engineering from Boston University.  Subsequently he performed research in cardiac ultrasound engineering at Harvard University's Massachusetts's General Hospital.  Dr. Beyerbach completed medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine (where vice president Cheney's electrophysiologists practice) and completed his medical residency at the University of New Mexico.  Dr. Beyerbach's  cardiology fellowship and electrophysiology fellowship were completed at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology of the Indiana University School of Medicine..  The Krannert Institute is considered one of the worlds foremost electrophysiology training programs.  Dr. Beyerbach finished at Krannert in July 2005 and (after a summer vacation) has joined us.  Dr. Beyerbach has particular interests in implantable device surgery and catheter ablations of complex cardiac arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. Dr Beyerbach is extensively published in the modern electrophysiolgoy literature and has received numerous academic awards and honors.
